This week saw the publication of Programming the Raspberry Pi Pico/W in MicroPython, Third Edition. This updated and expanded edition was prompted by the availability of the Pico 2 and its WiFi counterpart which are based on a new, faster chip. Our extract is about using asyncio to implement a web client, a basic task for anyone wanting to make use of the internet in an IoT project.
