Steema Software's suite of charts, gagues and maps has been updated to for Visual Studio .NET 2010 IDE and the .NET Framework 4.
If you are looking for a collection of royalty free charts, graphs and gauges then the latest edition of TeeChart should interest you. It's completely written in C#, works with all versions of .NET and you can even get the source code for a little extra. The components work with Winforms, Webforms, WPF, Silverlight, Windows CE, PocketPC and SQL Reporting Services. As you would expect all the controls are data aware As well as the standard statistical charts it also includes a range of gauges - circular, linear and so on. Charts can be used in an ASP .NET web page and optionally they can be exported to Flash using the Flex compiler. A number of tools enable the charts to be customised by non-programmers. If you do want to customise the charts then you have full access to the Custom Canvas which can be used to access any part of the chart. New in this version is Silverlight support, Flash compact charts and new guages. Also new is a Video tool, ChartBook component and six new supported languages. As well as .NET the entire library is also available for VCL, ActiveX, Java and PHP.
