A killer app competition sounds dangerous but in this case its just a matter of making sure that you build in the Wow factor!
Infragistics has launched a month-long contest encouraging developers to show off their "Killer Apps", that is ones that demonstrate usability, extreme functionality and the "Wow!"- factor. The only condition is that they have to be created using at least two UI controls from any Infragistics product. Having created the app participants need to take a screen shot and publish a blog posting about the experience and submit information via killerapps@infragistics.com. The top entries will be shown during TechEd North America, June 7 – 10 in New Orleans and the creators' names will be entered into a draw for the prize, a 40-inch flat screen TV. The top entries and final winner need not be present at TechEd to win. Rules and elegibilty information can be found at www.infragistics.com/promotions/killer-apps-contest.aspx
