Now in its 15th year, DevWeek 2012, the UK’s biggest independent conference for software developers, DBAs and IT architects, takes place March 26-30.
This years event in the Barbican Conference Centre in Central London features over 100 in-depth technical sessions and workshops on a wide range of key topics for .NET and SQL developers, including many that are cutting edge and breaking news.
With Microsoft being so "careful" about releasing information on WinRT and the future of .NET, WP8, ASP.NET and so on, perhaps it is even more important to find out what many "insiders" think about the currrent turmoil and revolution.

After this session, the conference proceeds with eight tracks plus a ninth Microsoft tech.days track in which speakers from Microsoft and its partners present content on Windows Phone, Windows Azure, Visual Studio 2011 and of course more on Windows 8.
DevWeek starts and ends with two sets of full-day workshops (Monday, March 26 and Friday, March 30). This year's pre-conference topics are on ASP.NET MVC applications, HTML5, Metro, Windows Azure, New features in SQL Server 2012, mobile app development, asynchronous code with C#, agile development and design patterns.
