Twitter held its inaugural mobile developer conference last year and is returning to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium for an event with a similar plan, including a Happy Hour, which this time is extended until 8:00 pm.

With the morning taken up with a two-hour Keynote, in the afternoon delegates can choose between four tracks - mixing them in order to match their interests.

Talks in the Main Hall include ones of Fabric and Periscope and there's one that might well be over-subscribed with the title "Growing and Monetizing Your App Using Twitter" and currently several of the slots are billed as "Secret Session" which sound much more enticing than the usual "To Be Announced".

If you are invited, the fee of $140 provides access to all sessions. So
