The May issue of the MSDN Magazine is focused on HTML5 but only just and as always there is probably something for everyone - even if you are  interested in Microsoft specific technologies.

There is another installment in series on HTML5 in mobile “Using HTML5 to Create Mobile Experiences”. This covers responsive Web design—fluid grids and flexible images.
