Google Developers isn't new - but it has a new identity - a new look, a new logo, a new blog, and a video to introduce it all.
When you next visit the
Google Developers website you may think it's a new site - well it's as good as new with a new look and renewed effort to provide interesting content.
This promo video explains how it evolved:
What is new, as well as the logo, is a new blog - the
Google Developers Blog - but you can reach the posts from developers.google.com.
The aim for the Google Developers site is to bring together all developer resources, programs, events, tools, and community into one place and stuff that was on Google Code is being migrated. Once all its information is on Google Developers, Google Code will revert to being an open source project hosting service.
We've recently had news of the new Google+ pages for Android Developers and Google+ Developers. There's also a
Google+ page for Chrome developers, with a weekly Hangout on Thursdays. And of course there's the Google+ page for Google Developers. More Information
