The scholarships, which are available for residents of Europe, Russia, Egypt, Israel and Turkey cover 3 month's support from Udacity mentors on two learning paths - Web Developer and Android Developer - each with 20,000 places available at Beginner Level and 10,000 for those with some programming experience.
For those interested in web development the course at beginner level is Intro to HTML and CSS and Offline Web Applications is the one at intermediate level. Both of these are free courses and are listed in the catalog as being 3 weeks in length course.
The Android counterparts are Android Basics: User Interface, which is considered a 2-week course at beginner level and Developing Android Apps which requires approximately 60 hours in which students build a cloud-connected Android App and is the first course in the Android Developer Nanodegree.
